Our Story

How RIM ZU RA came to life

RIM ZU RA originated from a clear, foundational longing: to create a dedicated space to step away from the incessant velocity of modern life, recover inner calm, and listen to the quiet voice within.

We are Rimvydas and Rasa, and we built this homestead together. Located in the rural village of Tartupis in Prienai district, we built each structure step by step with natural materials and conscious hands. The earthen cob hut ("Molinukas"), the wooden bee apitherapy hut, and the sound sanctuary reflect a deep commitment to sustainable living, holistic health, and the ancient wisdom of nature.

We tend the land through natural farming, keep bees and build with natural materials. Rasa plays gongs and other instruments and leads all the sessions.

"True silence is not merely the absence of sound. It is a state where the busy mind quiets down, and the heart begins beating in natural resonance with the earth."
— Rimvydas and Rasa, founders of RIM ZU RA
Guiding Principles

The Values We Live By

These four pillars guide our homestead every day.

Living Natural Building

We avoid toxic synthetic materials. Earthen clay, local straw, timber, linen, and real fire create the healthiest possible microclimate for body and spirit.

Conscious Slowing Down

We invite you to switch off alarms and digital urgency. It is in slow presence that genuine rest, creativity, and inner balance emerge.

Sound & Bee Wisdom

Apitherapy and resonant acoustic vibrations help the human organism tune back to its innate healthy frequency naturally.

Privacy & Sanctuary

We host only one guest or small group at a time. You will never encounter crowds, strangers, or mass tourism here.

We look forward to welcoming you

Each guest is received with warmth and utmost respect for personal silence.
